How do I get my Appliance Replacement Offer rebate check?

1. Accept the offer

Visit Homeowner Portal and submit a service request for your appliance. Then, accept the Appliance Replacement Offer.

2. Purchase your new appliance

Start shopping for your new appliance (used or refurbished appliances do not qualify), and save your receipts after purchase and installation.

3. Make a digital copy of your invoice/receipt

Take a picture of your invoice/receipt on your phone.

4. Upload your invoice/receipt

To submit your paid invoices or receipts, open your Service Request in Homeowner Portal and click Request Reimbursement.

5. Reimbursement

Enjoy your new appliance and reimbursement check (please allow up to 30-45 days to receive your check).
