LIMITED TIME OFFER FOR 2-10 HBW CUSTOMERS ONLY.

– service contractor hero mobile – HVAC Replacement

What’s the deal?

This exclusive offer is a perk of being a loyal 2-10 HBW customer.

35% off the retail value of a brand-new, high-efficiency HVAC system
The opportunity to pick between select Goodman or Payne (product of Carrier) equipment
Professional installation by a licensed and insured contractor.

Why would I not just wait for my current system to fail and for 2-10 HBW to replace it?

Because of the demand for HVAC service contractors to do repairs, getting an appointment can be difficult. That means more time than anyone wants to go without cool air in a hot and humid summer.

Plus, this offer would allow you to install a brand-new, high-efficiency HVAC system at a big discount. If you wait for your current system to fail, we’ll first try to repair it. Only if we can’t repair it will we replace it. And if your current system isn’t already high efficiency, your replacement won’t be high efficiency.

Why should I replace my whole system?

Replacing the whole system, rather than just components, saves you significantly on labor costs.

Aside from the 35% off a whole system replacement, which can translate to hundreds or thousands of dollars in savings, replacing the whole system, rather than just components, saves you significantly on labor costs.

Additionally, mixing old and new components isn’t always a good option, especially when old parts and new parts don’t work together efficiently. Brand-new, Energy Star-rated models can save you about $200 a year on your utility bill, on top of making your home more comfortable.

Why are you offering this now?

One of the best times to replace your HVAC system is in the spring.

Service contractors are primed and ready to help you pick the best unit for your home and install it with minimal delays. Since many HVAC systems break down in the summer, we want to help you get out in front of any problems before demand for repairs and replacements skyrockets.

Replacing your HVAC system in the spring also gives you a better, more efficient system for the summer. Saving money and staying cool is always a good combo.

What’s included in the full system replacement?

We supply standard labor and equipment for your replacement, including the furnace, evaporative coil or air handler, and condensing unit. For a full list of what’s included, click here.

Okay, so what are the benefits of doing this?

Most obviously, you’ll have a brand-new HVAC system. You'll save up to 35% off the retail value of your new HVAC system. Plus, you can replace your system on your terms, rather than when you’re forced to because of an inevitable breakdown.

And here are some long-term benefits for you:

Better efficiency

More efficient means more cost effective. If your furnace or A/C is 10+ years old, replacing it can save you money on utility bills.

Better air quality

Older HVAC systems produce dirty air and contaminants that can pollute a house. The dirty air circulates through the system, the ductwork, out the vents and back again.

Better comfort

Your new HVAC system will likely be more powerful and efficient at regulating your entire home's temperature and humidity levels.

I’m ready. How do I get this offer?

Just call 800.906.3603 before March 31, 2020, and we’ll start the process.

Take advantage of this offer before it’s too late. Save yourself from the outrageous expenses and inconvenience of having to replace your HVAC system unexpectedly with this offer from 2-10 HBW. Because protecting your home should be simple and economical.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Why do I need a full system replacement when my current system hasn’t failed yet?
Your current air conditioner may not be as efficient as those today.  Is it less than 13 SEER, over 10 years old or running on R22?  If you answer yes to any of these questions, you may experience higher utility bills or more breakdowns than a new system.
How does this benefit me financially, why would I not just wait for a failure and for 2-10 to replace?
You definitely can wait to file a claim with us, but historically, we have seen breakdowns in the middle of summer, which means time without a working unit. Also, your coverage provides for repair if repair will resolve the issue, so the only way to guarantee you will get a fully replaced and updated system is by taking advantage of this offer now.
Can I choose my own brand, and what brands can I choose from?
We are using our buying power to get you the best deal.  That said, we offer Goodman or Payne 14-SEER 410A systems; ranging from 1-5 tonnage.
Is my new system covered under my warranty, what if something goes wrong?
Your new system will come with a manufacturer’s warranty on the equipment and parts. We will cover the labor and ordering parts under that warranty for problems with your new system that arise during the term of your current Service Agreement.
What if I have 2 systems, can I replace both?
You absolutely can replace both systems.  We would send the service contractor out to your home to assess what is needed and the cost to replace both.  Once we have that information, you can decide to replace one or both.
What’s included in the full system replacement?
We supply the large equipment, such as your furnace, evaporative coil or air handler and condensing unit plus standard labor to install. See this link for a full list of the included labor and items.
Is this a onetime offer? Can I save and buy later?
This is currently a limited time offer. You have up to March 31, 2020, to call us to to take advantage of it.
What if I had a past claim and previous costs associated with this same unit? Can I be reimbursed?
Unfortunately, no.  This program is designed to address units that have not failed, not previous units or out of pocket costs.
If I replace my unit, can I have a free Supreme Protection Upgrade?
At this time, we are not offering an incentive to replace.  We are offering you the opportunity to buy a system for substantial discounts over what you may expect to pay at retail.
My friend didn’t receive a flyer but is interested in your program. Can they get a quote on replacement?
Currently, we are not opening this to everyone.  It is a limited offer to renewal customers in specific areas.
Do you replace Gas Packs, Heat Pumps or just Straight Cool Systems?
Currently, this offer only applies to Straight Cool and Heat Pump Systems.
What days of the week will the contractor be available to install? Can I have weekend and after-hour installs?
The contractors are available to install Monday-Friday, during their normal business hours.
