2-10 Home Buyers Warranty

A home warranty is a 1-year service contract for your home systems and appliances. Over time, the systems and appliances you rely on most will inevitably break down due to normal use. 2-10 provides coverage for parts of up to 28 home systems and appliances, so when a covered breakdown occurs, you can place a service request and pay your service fee, and an independent Pro will diagnose the issue. 2-10 will repair or replace the covered item based on the coverage in your plan agreement. 

With two plans to choose from, it’s easy to find the coverage that you need. with 2-10 You can protect the parts of your home systems (HVAC, electrical and plumbing) with our Systems Plan or opt to cover both your systems and appliances (refrigerator, oven, washer, dryer and more) with the Pinnacle Plan. A 2-10 home warranty is a great way to protect your home systems, appliances and budget.

You’ll choose your service fee amount when you purchase your home warranty plan.  It’s a pre-set fee that you’ll pay each time you place a service request to have a Pro diagnose the problem. 2-10 will then cover the cost to repair the covered item based on your home warranty plan and coverage.

When a covered system or appliance breaks down, you’ll place a service request and pay your pre-set service fee in the Homeowner Portal. We’ll assign an independent, trusted repair Pro to diagnose your issue and repair or replace the item per your home warranty agreement and coverage.
