Yes, you can cancel at any time. If you cancel your plan agreement within the first 30 days of your coverage, we'll refund your agreement fees minus any service and claims incurred by 2-10.
If you cancel your plan agreement after 30 days, you'll receive a prorated refund of any agreement fees you paid for the rest of the agreement term, minus an administrative fee of up to one month's payment (where permitted by law) and any service or claims costs incurred by 2-10. Terms may vary by state. Please see the sample plan agreement for more details.
When you purchase your home warranty, you have the option to pay in full a the time of purchase or make monthly payments. You can easily manage your account and payment methods in the Homeowner Portal.
Homeowner Portal is the easiest and best way to place and track service requests, manage your account, view your home warranty plan agreement, and take advantage of member benefits and offers.
We recommend a home warranty even if your appliances are newer. A big reason is that once the manufacturer’s warranty expires, you’d need to purchase an extended warranty on each and every appliance. That can get expensive and hard to track.
A home warranty can cover more appliances for less under one trusted roof, giving you more peace of mind.
