Request Service
When covered items break down, 2-10 HBW is here to help. Requesting service in the Homeowner Portal is the quickest and most effective way to get your covered item diagnosed and repaired.
1. Create a service request
- Sign in to your account.
If you receive an error, call 844.784.5209 for help. - In the menu options at the top of your screen, select Request Service.
2. Select the appliance or system
- Select the item you’d like to request service for, then select Continue.
- NOTE: You may only request service for one item at a time. If you have multiple service requests, complete the first one, then repeat this process for the remaining requests.
3. Enter the Details
- Select the symptom you are experiencing.
- If your symptom or issue is not on the list, please select Other and describe what you're experiencing.
4. Complete your Service Request
- You will select Continue to pay your service fee and complete the request.
- A Pro will also be assigned to you and you'll see their company name and contact information.
5. Confirmation
- Please review the confirmation screen to ensure everything is correct.
- If your assigned repair Pro does not reach out to you in 48 hours to schedule your appointment, please feel free contact them at the phone number provided.
6. Check the status of your request
- After completing your service request, you can check the status of it in the Homeowner Portal.
