Choosing Your Own Contractor

2-10 will assign a Pro from our network who specializes in the type of item and issue you are experiencing. In some limited situations, 2-10 may offer you the ability to choose your own Pro, also known as Outside Authorization. Unless 2-10 offers you the Outside Authorization, you may not use your own Pro.
