To request service, log in to your Homeowner Portal account, select the system or appliance that needs service, answer a few questions, and we’ll dispatch an authorized Service Contractor to your home.

When a covered system or appliance breaks down, you’ll place a service request and pay your pre-set service fee in the Homeowner Portal. We’ll assign an independent, trusted repair Pro to diagnose your issue.
