A message from our CEO

Dear 2-10 HBW Community,

We are living through a time of uncertainty and daily change for our nation, our communities, and our Company. We at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10 HBW) are working hard to make good decisions for you and our business in these ever-changing circumstances.

We have a strong obligation to our business partners and to our 1 million customers to provide excellent service and make protecting their home simple and affordable. We also have a strong obligation to protect our employees, partners, and customers from the threats the coronavirus (COVID-19) poses. Here is how we are doing both and how it affects you.

We are open for business.
We are following recommendations from the CDC to protect our employees, partners, and customers. Though this may cause service delays, we are doing our best to provide the service and protection you expect from us.

We are working from home.
We take protecting our community seriously. Virtually all of our 600+ employees will continue to provide the service and protection our partners and customers expect as they work from home. This does mean that we are postponing all in-person events.

We are dispatching service calls.
We are in constant contact with our Service Contractors to ensure their safety and the safety of our customers. We are working diligently to fulfill our responsibilities to keep homes protected from the unexpected.

We are answering calls and questions.
With nearly all of our employees working from home, you may experience delays. We are available to answer calls and questions, and to do our best to provide the service you expect.

Our online portals are always available.
Our online portals at 2-10.com allow our partners and customers to access the information they need at all times.

You do business with us because you trust us to deliver the value contained in our products. Whether that means helping you with a broken air conditioner or a home in structural distress, we fully intend to deliver as we protect our employees, partners, and customers. As we navigate the murky waters of this pandemic together, we want you to know and believe that we are here when you need us most.

One of our greatest strengths at 2-10 HBW is our sense of community. We are a community that works well together and respects one another. In many cases, we are friends with one another, and we support each other as friends.

It’s crucial that we continue to be a strong community by supporting one another, facing this issue with patience, and helping each other when we’re scared or are dealing with a family member or friend who might be ill.

Life is about relationships. Although social distancing has forced us to physically separate ourselves from each other, it’s more important than ever for us to support one another, cherish one another, and keep our relationships strong. 2-10 HBW will support the relationships we’ve built with each and every one of you.

I commit to you that everyone at 2-10 HBW will work hard to make good decisions for you and our business, even in the face of these ever-changing circumstances.

Take care, frequently wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds, avoid crowds and other people, and stay connected (virtually) to one another.

Our online portals are always available.

Builders and real estate agents

Continue to process new enrollments, check the status of an enrollment, view warranty documentation, manage projects, or download resources through Builder Portal and Agent Portal.

Homeowners

Continue to leverage Homeowner Portal to access warranty documentation and download resources - and for our systems and appliances customers – this continues to be the most efficient way to request service and check the status of claims.

Service Contractors

Continue to provide diagnoses and order necessary equipment through Contractor Portal.

Consumer Affairs Avid Ratings BBB
