No, but we offer dryer vent cleaning services that you can book in the Homeowner Portal.
Both of our home warranty plans cover leaks for breaks in ductwork connected to heating and/or air conditioning systems, including leaks or breaks in vapor barriers, plenums, dampers, damper-only controls, and registers and grills. Please note that we will only cover the leaks for breaks in ductwork if it's caused by normal wear and tear, insufficient maintenance, or improper installation. Please see the plan agreement for more information.
We do not cover ductwork cleaning. The EPA recommends that you only have your ductwork cleaned under three conditions:

3. Your registers actively expel visible dust when on.

Yes, we do cover older appliances and systems. And the best part? No matter the size of your home, location, or age of your appliances and systems, our home warranty plans are the same price for everyone. We’re also transparent about our pricing because no one likes surprises fees or costs when purchasing a home warranty.
We recommend a home warranty even if your appliances are newer. A big reason is that once the manufacturer’s warranty expires, you’d need to purchase an extended warranty on each and every appliance. That can get expensive and hard to track.
A home warranty can cover more appliances for less under one trusted roof, giving you more peace of mind.
A home warranty is an annual contract that can help reduce the costs to repair or replace covered systems and appliances that break down from normal wear and tear.
Homeowners insurance covers loss from incidents like fire, storms, or vandalism. The coverages provided by a home warranty and homeowners insurance typically don’t overlap and often complement one another to provide comprehensive protection.
Our home warranty plans cover parts of up to 28 home systems (HVAC, plumbing and electrical) and appliances (refrigerator, oven, washer, dryer and more) when they break down due to normal wear and tear.
When a covered system or appliance breaks down, you will place a service request and pay your pre-set service fee in the homeowner portal. We’ll assign an independent, trusted repair Pro to diagnose your issue and will cover the cost to repair or replace the covered item per your home warranty agreement and coverage.
