About Paul

Paul Whitfield is a market manager for 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10), covering Coastal and Central Virginia including: Virginia Beach, Tidewater, Newport News, Hampton, Williamsburg, Charlottesville and Richmond, VA.

Paul takes pride in making the lives of the agents he serves easier. He adheres to active listening, authenticity, reliability, and responsiveness to help real estate agents offer added value through 2-10’s home warranty products for home buyers and sellers.

“I take my clients’ success personally. I am in this for the long haul and look forward to building lifetime relationships with all my clients. I believe in listening first and selling second, and in building trust through transparency. I always try to ask thoughtful questions; dive below surface-level needs; and truly understand my clients’ goals, pain points, and decision-making processes.”

Prior to joining 2-10 in 2025, Paul was a district manager for Bridgestone retail operations, where he was responsible for 190 people across 10 locations—from Virginia Beach to Richmond—and responsible for a $27 million P&L.

When Paul isn’t working, he loves to visit OBX beaches, golf, and spend time with his wife and two children. He’s the proud owner of a golden retriever named Kona (who he jokes is his best kid of all) and a cat named Tipper.
