Serving Jacksonville, Florida and its surrounding metropolitan areas, Pedro brings over two decades of diverse experience in real estate marketing, Proptech, and fintech to his role at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. He joined the 2-10 team in 2025, driven by a passion for supporting real estate professionals and a deep understanding of the tools and technologies that power the industry.

Pedro holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business with an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University and an MBA in Real Estate Development from the University of Miami. His career journey spans 20 years in the real estate and technology sectors, with the most recent two years spent in fintech before returning to his true professional passion: real estate.

Pedro is known for his expert knowledge of real estate technology, marketing, lead generation, and lead conversion. Having worked closely with real estate professionals in various capacities, he has a keen understanding of their needs and is uniquely equipped to provide solutions that add value and drive growth.

Above all, Pedro values trust, responsiveness, and dedication. His clients know they can rely on him to follow through, communicate transparently, and provide consistent, high-quality support—regardless of where they are in their real estate career. Pedro is a proud father to a 16-year-old son who is entering his junior year at Nease High School. When he’s not working, you’ll find Pedro on the golf course, working out, or cheering from the stands at his son’s baseball games. He also enjoys painting, collecting sneakers (with a collection 28 years in the making), and listening to a wide range of music—from Latin to Country.

Rounding out his personal life is his beloved miniature Aussie Doodle, Air Max Juan, a loyal companion who never leaves his side.
