About Dawn

Dawn Neary is a Market Manager serving Charlotte, Lake Norman, and Upstate South Carolina, Dawn brings over 20 years of warranty industry experience to her Account Executive role at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10).

Dawn prides herself on exceeding expectations and being there for the agents she works with and their clients. She’s built a reputation over the years as an expert in her field — providing outstanding customer service during resale transactions, from start to finish and beyond.

“This is ‘relationship selling.’ The Home Warranty is just one small part of what must happen to get the listing and then get it to the closing table. I’ve always been sensitive to that and go above and beyond to make the process easy, convenient, and thorough. I want the agents that use me to feel comfortable recommending me and 2-10 to their clients.”

Dawn recently became a grandmother to two beautiful baby boys and spends as much time with them as possible. In whatever free time is left over, the beach and the mountains are her go-tos for a little R&R.
