About Steven

Steven Kiersz is an Account Executive for the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10 HBW) Resale Division, covering Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Fayetteville, and the Sandhills.

Before joining 2-10 HBW in April 2023, Steven spent eight years as a territory manager and account executive in the construction industry. Steven also has 10 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for his exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate effectively, and a strong focus on teamwork and transparency.

As an expert in the field, Steven understands that communication is key when it comes to working with clients. He takes pride in his ability to actively listen, empathize, and maintain a positive attitude to help his clients navigate the complex real estate landscape with ease.

In addition to his expertise in the industry, Steven is a passionate advocate for home warranties, recognizing the value and peace of mind they offer to homeowners. Because of his experience and dedication, he will work tirelessly to provide his clients with top-notch service.

Steven has been happily married to his wife, Jennifer, for 17 years. They are the proud parents of their two daughters, Kennedy and Zoey. In addition, they have a rottweiler named Dexter.

In his free time, Steven enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, traveling, playing golf, working out, and watching sports.
