About Katelan

Katelan Ford is an Account Executive for the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10 HBW) Resale Division, covering the Greater Austin and San Antonio areas.

Before joining 2-10 HBW, Katelan worked as a real estate partner for eight years, including time at various title and home warranty companies. Most recently, she worked for a local blood bank, raising awareness and providing her community with life-saving blood products.

Katelan believes that integrity, reliability, and offering clients the tools they need to take their businesses to the next level is the most important thing she does to help her clients.

“I follow through on my word and am an advocate for my agents,” she says. “I understand that I am a partner who makes a positive impact on their business. I work hard to make sure that I provide value that goes beyond the home warranty because I want my agents to be successful in all they do.”

Katelan loves spending time with her family—including her significant other, Tyler, and her two children—as well as baking and attending Sunday church services. She also enjoys getting to the beach any time she can. Most importantly, she finds fulfillment in helping others in her personal and professional life.
