A home warranty is a service contract for your home systems and appliances that typically provides coverage for 13 months. Over time, the systems and appliances you rely on most will inevitably break down due to normal use. 2-10 provides coverage for the parts of up to 27 home systems and appliances, so when a covered breakdown occurs, you can place a service request and pay your service fee for the repair or replacement based on the coverage in your plan agreement.
