Colleen Payne is an Account Executive for the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10 HBW) Resale Division. She represents the entire state of Maryland and Washington DC.Hired by 2-10 HBW in 2022, Colleen was a full time residential and commercial real estate agent. As a full time real estate agent prior to joining 2-10 HBW, Colleen understands the challenges and joys of working with buyers and sellers. She values customer service and believes that her ability to listen and real estate experience allows her to provide the customer service her clients expect.
In her free time, Colleen likes to go to comedy shows, live concerts, exercise, travel, and create.
