Receive a $5/mo. discount when you sign up for auto-renewal.
By agreeing to auto renewal, you consent to have this Agreement automatically renew and explicitly authorize us to charge any renewal fees. Upon advanced notice to you, we may adjust pricing, terms and/or coverage for the renewal of this Agreement, which will take effect at the end of the current Term.

Service Fee pricing
You are responsible to pay a $85 Service Fee when the Contractor visits your Home for diagnosis. You have the option to raise or lower your monthly payment when you choose a different Service Fee.
Pay a lower rate on your coverage in exchange for a $100 Service Fee.
Pay a higher rate on your coverage in exchange for a $65 Service Fee.
Additional taxes and fees
A 9.5% monthly processing fee is included on product and all optional coverage prices when you choose monthly pay.

2-10 HBW has a network of independent service contractors that help facilitate your coverage. Each contractor is required to carry all appropriate licenses and insurance, and is monitored by 2-10 HBW to track customer satisfaction and performance.
A homeowner contacts us when a covered system or appliance breaks down.
A contractor diagnoses the problem and reports back to us.
We determine and fulfill coverage under the Service Agreement.
