What is Homeowner Portal? How do I use it?

Homeowner Portal is your 2-10 HBW account. It’s the fastest and best way to submit claims, renew your agreement, and take advantage of perks and programs. To learn how to use it, click here.

How can I recommend a builder?

You may refer a builder by filling out this form.

What are my payment options?

When purchasing your home warranty, you have the option to pay in full or make monthly payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. A processing fee is added to manage the monthly payment process.

How can I contact Customer Service?

To reach Customer Service, call 720.531.6717. If you need to place a service request, log in to your Homeowner Portal account.

Can I get a refund on my warranty?

You can cancel your Service Agreement at any time by calling 720.531.6729 and pressing 5.

You may be eligible for a refund, depending on your date of cancelation and whether 2-10 HBW has paid any claims during your Agreement’s term. Please refer to the 2-10 HBW Terms and Conditions for more specific details.

Will a home warranty replace a heater?

If your Service Agreement includes coverage for a heater, it may be eligible for replacement if a repair is impossible. Refer to your Service Agreement in your Homeowner Portal Account for details.

Why don’t appliances last as long as they once did?

Many systems and appliances have become more complex for the sake of better efficiency. This complexity often means more moving parts, which means more potential things that can break down.

How can I make my appliances last longer?

Proper appliance maintenance can help reduce the risk of breakdowns and prolong its life. 2-10 HBW homeowners can access our Maintenance Guide in their Homeowner Portal account for helpful tips on maintaining their home’s systems and appliances.

How can I ensure my HVAC systems are in good and safe working order?

Check out our blog article for tips on how to keep your HVAC system in good working order.

Additionally, we strongly recommend that you have a licensed HVAC technician inspect your system when you’re under contract for a home. Mechanical tests and visual inspections for this complex system are best left to the professionals.

Do you offer payment options?

Yes. When renewing a home warranty, you have the option to pay in full or make monthly payments. If you choose to pay monthly, 2-10 HBW will automatically withdraw payments from the account on file. A processing fee is added to manage the monthly payment process.

Do you provide protection for mobile homes?

Mobile homes located on a permanent foundation are eligible for enrollment in the 2-10 HBW Structural Warranty program for Manufactured/Modular homes and for service under a 2-10 HBW Home Warranty Service Agreement.

Systems and appliances located in park model RVs, fifth wheels, motor homes, travel trailers, and campers not on a permanent foundation are not eligible for coverage.

How do I update my credit card information?

Updating your credit card is safe and secure at 2-10.com/sign-in/. Once logged in, select the appropriate property if you have more than one Service Agreement. Next, go to the Billing tab and update your payment information and click save changes.

Do I need a home warranty when my systems and appliances are new?

We recommend a home warranty even if your appliances are newer. A big reason is that once the manufacturer’s warranty expires, you’d need to purchase an extended warranty on each and every appliance. That can get expensive and hard to track.

A home warranty can cover more appliances for less under one trusted roof, giving you more peace of mind.
