Change Payment Date

Upon making your initial payment and activating your home warranty (Home Service Plan), you may change your future payment dates to fit your budget by calling 866.231.0219.

Payment Options

When purchasing your home warranty (Home Service Plan), you have the option to pay in full or make monthly payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. A processing fee is added to manage the monthly payment process.

Update Credit Card

Updating your credit card is safe and secure at www.2-10.com/homeowner/. Once logged in, select the appropriate property if you have more than one home warranty (Home Service Plan). Next, go to the Billing tab and update your payment information and click Save Changes.

Cancel Warranty

You can cancel your home warranty (Home Service Plan) at any time by calling 720.531.6729 and pressing 5.

You may be eligible for a refund, depending on your date of cancelation and whether 2-10 HBW has paid any claims during your Home Service Plan’s term. Please refer to the 2-10 HBW Terms and Conditions for more specific details.
