Part of that effort is our ongoing focus on enhancing your experience on Builder Portal. We’ve added two exciting additions to Builder Portal –downloadable home warranty booklets and the ability to work within multiple accounts under ONE login.
Here’s a quick overview of the enhancements made:
To access warranty booklets while logged into your account:
- Login to Builder Portal.
- Click on the “Resources” tab.
- Under company details, a new area titled “My Warranty Booklets” has been added.
- The warranty booklet PDFs shown are in accordance to the builder member’s type of 2-10 HBW coverage.
- These booklets are also available for download.
To work within multiple accounts under ONE login:
- If you’re a builder member with multiple accounts and are currently required to use separate logins, please call Customer Service to set up one login at 800.488.8844.
- Builder members will receive a new “master” account login and password.
- Builder members will be able to select the community or property you will be enrolling in the structural warranty program from a drop down menu located on the your dashboard.
