2-10 Home Buyers Warranty’s Recent Celebration of National Smile Week

2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10 HBW), the industry leader in home warranties, recently celebrated National Smile Week.  The weeklong campaign was to help support 2-10 HBW’s mission of “Long Live Happy Homes®”.

The National Smile Week campaign kicked-off with an email series to home builders and real estate agents with “Tips To Make You Smile” such as: home maintenance, customer service, homeowner testimonials and home maintenance jokes. Content developed for the campaign was also shared socially on 2-10 HBW’s Facebook page. 2-10 HBW also conducted several giveaways for Facebook fans (homeowners, builders and real estate agents) that included 2-10 HBW branded gear: fleece jacket and goodie bag (included a notepad, pen, t-shirt, emery board, beach ball and umbrella.) In addition to the tips and giveaways, they provided builders and real estate agents the opportunity to share what makes them smile about using their warranty products for a chance to win a $50 gift card.

One of the two winning testimonials chosen by 2-10 HBW was from a Florida home builder, Genco Real Estate Construction & Development Corp. The home builder submitted this testimonial: “Years ago I called EVERY home warranty company, servicing Florida, in the United States. Of the two companies that returned my call – 2-10 [HBW] was far superior initially. With each request, they get better; with every phone call to customer service, they surpass expectations; with every impromptu visit, Terry [Graham] lends constructive, productive, revenue generating assistance. These people should raise their prices. They’d still be more than worth joining.”
