2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® Celebrates 35th Anniversary

2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® (2-10 HBW) celebrated 35 years in business, protecting the real estate industry with Structural Home Warranties and Home Warranty Service Agreements, at their annual company holiday, 2-10 Day, on February 10th.

Employees celebrated 2-10 Day with a State of the Company presentation given by Scott Cromie, CEO; Scott Zinn, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing; and Mark Lewis, CFO and New Home Division President. The presentation was followed by an ice cream social. In addition, the company is running yearlong activities that include a monthly prize giveaway and Jeans Day where employees can dress casual on the 10th of every month.

2-10 HBW is also extending the celebration externally to home builders, real estate professionals and homeowners who have an opportunity to win a daily prize by engaging with the company on Facebook and Instagram. To be entered, participants must post what a happy home means to them on either social channel using “#HappyHomes35.” 2-10 HBW is also encouraging people to visit their Facebook page as they’ll be posting fun facts about the real estate industry from the past 35 years.
