Exploring the New 2-10 HBW Homeowner Portal: Renewing Your Warranty, Billing and Using Live FAQs
Now that the new 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® (2-10 HBW®) Homeowner Portal is live, we want to ensure that our customers know how to best use it. In this mini blog, you will learn how to renew your Service Agreement, update billing and use Live FAQs.
Renewing Your Service Agreement
When the time comes for you to renew your Service Agreement, you can easily do so from Homeowner Portal. Simply log in and select “Renew Now” from the left side-bar menu.
You will be redirected to a summary page of your previous warranty details. Not every home is the same, so you may choose optional coverage to protect additional systems and appliances in your home.
In addition, you can also download the brochure for your current Home Warranty Service Agreement.
Once you have selected any optional coverage that you want to add to your new Service Agreement, click the “Next” button on the left or bottom of the page.
At this point you will move to the Payment screen. Fill out your payment details and click purchase.
Update Billing
Billing Details allows you to edit the credit card information that you currently have on file with 2-10 HBW. To update your billing details, navigate to “Billing” on the menu ribbon.
Simply update your payment information in the form.
*Note: 2-10 HBW does not keep homeowners’ credit or debit card numbers on file, hard-copy or electronically.
We do not share or pass along homeowners’ names, addresses, or phone numbers to third parties outside of 2-10 HBW.
Utilizing Live FAQs
So that you can use your new Homeowner Portal to its full capacity, we have created a Live FAQs section. Live FAQs can be accessed from the left side-bar menu.
When “Live FAQs” is clicked, a panel will open, allowing you to select a common question or enter a question of your own.
This mini blog series will stay at https://www.2-10.com/blog/ for your future review. If you have any questions about how to navigate the 2-10 HBW Homeowner Portal in the future, don’t hesitate to ask. Contact us with questions here.
