What Asurion Home+ does

Asurion Home+ provides homeowners with additional coverage for their electronics. At no cost to you, you can send this offer to your Buyers through your account in Agent Portal.

With Asurion Home+, your Buyers can protect practically all of their home’s electronics quickly, conveniently, and cost-effectively. This includes laptops, TVs, smart watches, game consoles, and more.

The way it works is simple.

  1. A covered product breaks down.
  2. Asurion repairs it, replaces it, or reimburses the homeowner for it.
  3. Your homeowner gets back to living.

This new offer adds value to your clients and is available through your account in Agent Portal.

How to use the Asurion Home+ offer

Offering Asurion Home+ to your clients is easy. 2-10 HBW has already done most of the work for you. All you’ll need to do it click a few buttons to add value to your relationship. Here’s how to do it.

1. Log in to your Agent Portal account

To access this offer, log in to your account at 2-10.com/Agent/.

2. Begin the normal enrollment process

Complete the enrollment process like you normally would. Continue until you reach the confirmation page.

3. Look for the Asurion Home+ offer on your confirmation page

When you reach your enrollment confirmation page, you’ll see the following section:

Select the Email Customer Offer button to begin the process of sending the offer.

4. Provide your client’s name and email

When you choose to send an offer, you’ll see a prompt that requests your client’s name and email address.

Simply fill that form out and select Email Customer Offer.

Then, 2-10 HBW will send an expertly written email to your client on your behalf. It’ll include details about the offer and instructions for how they can redeem it.

5. Sending this offer to already-enrolled clients

You can also send this offer to clients you’ve already enrolled. There are two places you can find it:

  1. Visit your Recently Enrolled Listings, and select the client to whom you’d like to send the offer.
  2. Or visit the Marketplace tab at the top of your account.
