What Does a Septic System Ejector Pump and Pumping Warranty Cover?
Covered Components
- The sewage ejector pump for septic system only
- Septic tank pumping (one time during the plan agreement) if a stoppage has occurred due to a septic backup
Excluded Components
- Stoppages or roots that prevent the effective use of any externally applied sewer machine cable
- Chemical treatment of the septic tank and/or sewage lines
- Disposal of waste
- Tanks, leach lines, cesspool
- Any mechanical pump or systems (such as sewage grinder pumps and lift stations)
2-10 will pay up to $500 per agreement term for covered repairs for any permanently installed sewage ejector pumps located inside or outside the main foundation of the covered home, connected to either a sewer system or septic system.
